Walter GOTSCHKE

Czech born Walter Gotschke (1912-2000) lived and worked in Stuttgart, Germany from 1938. His loose expressionist watercolour and gouache paintings found commercial customers and private collectors all over the world. Automotive manufacturers such as Mercedes-Benz and Porsche used his creative services extensively as did race organisers wanting illustrations for their promotional posters.
Gotschke originals now command many thousands of pounds, however original race posters and early printings of his art can be more affordable.
