Graham BOSWORTH

Graham Bosworth is a highly respected British automotive artist whose work combines technical accuracy with an enduring passion for historic motor racing. Growing up in Coventry, at the heart of Britain's motor industry, he developed an early fascination with competition cars after seeing Jaguar C-types and D-types on local roads and making regular visits to Silverstone. Those formative experiences continue to influence paintings that celebrate some of the greatest cars, drivers and events in motoring history.

This collection brings together original paintings, signed limited edition prints and greetings cards, showcasing the breadth of Graham Bosworth's work. Whether portraying the drama of the Le Mans 24 Hours, the challenge of the Alpine Rally, the excitement of the Targa Florio or legendary Grand Prix racing, every piece demonstrates his meticulous attention to historical and mechanical detail.

Having enjoyed a successful career as a freelance artist and technical illustrator, Bosworth later concentrated on fine art, working in oils, acrylics and watercolour. His background in technical illustration is immediately evident in the accuracy of every vehicle he paints, while his compositions retain the atmosphere and emotion that define the greatest moments in motorsport. This combination of engineering precision and artistic expression has earned him commissions from leading automotive companies and collectors around the world. Among the highlights of his career was a commission from Jaguar Cars to paint the Queen Mother's Jaguar Mark VII, presented to Her Majesty on her 100th birthday.

Collectors will discover artwork featuring many of the most celebrated marques in automotive history, including Jaguar, Porsche, Mercedes-Benz, Austin-Healey, Maserati, Lotus and Ferrari. His subjects span endurance racing, classic rallies, Formula One, the Isle of Man TT and sports car competition, capturing iconic drivers such as Stirling Moss, Jim Clark, Derek Bell, John Surtees and Chris Amon. Each composition reflects Bosworth's deep appreciation of the machines, circuits and personalities that shaped twentieth-century motorsport.

Every limited edition print is produced to Historic Car Art's exacting standards, while Bosworth's original paintings provide collectors with the opportunity to acquire unique works by one of Britain's accomplished automotive artists. His greetings cards also offer an accessible way to enjoy his distinctive artwork while celebrating some of the most memorable moments in motor racing.
