Your Right to Withdraw from a Purchase
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. This is known as the "cooling-off period."
How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
To withdraw from a purchase, please contact us using the details below. You will need to provide:
- Your full name
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to withdraw from
- The date you received the goods
Once we receive your request, you will receive an email confirmation of your withdrawal. We will process your request and be in touch within a reasonable timeframe.
What Happens Next
After you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any supplementary costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer). We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods.
You will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless we have agreed otherwise.
Exemptions
Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to certain products, including items that have been personalised, custom-made to your specification, framed to order or bespoke. If you are unsure whether your purchase is eligible, please contact us before submitting a withdrawal request.
